These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 386bet, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, e-sports betting, and any other gaming products available on the platform now or in the future. They apply to all players regardless of geographic location, though 386bet specifically targets adult players in Bangladesh.

386bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use 386bet, you must be at least 21 years of age. 386bet does not permit access to or account registration by any person under the age of 21. We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

386bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

Each player may hold only one active account with 386bet. Opening duplicate, secondary, or related accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is strictly prohibited. Detected duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must keep your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Your 386bet account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to keep your password secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 386bet support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). 386bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

You may request closure of your 386bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

386bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect: fraud or collusion; use of automated betting software or bots; abuse of promotions; identity fraud; money laundering; or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending a full investigation.

386bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to successful identity verification and compliance checks. 386bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

All payment methods used on 386bet must be registered in your own name. You must not use payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any attempt to deposit using a third-party payment account will result in funds being returned and may trigger an account review.

All transactions on 386bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where currency conversion is necessary, exchange rates applied are those available at the time of the transaction. 386bet does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for currency fluctuation losses.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 386bet are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain games or markets may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward wagering requirements.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. 386bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and associated winnings where multiple claims are detected from the same household or shared network.

386bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may be time-limited and are subject to availability. Special seasonal promotions may be offered during events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — these are governed by their own specific terms.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts, or systematically withdrawing bonus funds without genuine wagering intent — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 386bet may void bonuses and associated winnings and close the account.

386bet reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not accepted until confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued to the player.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, event, market type, and account status. 386bet may impose individual account-level stake limits where warranted by risk management considerations.

In the event of an obvious error in posted odds, lines, or results — including but not limited to palpable errors, technical malfunctions, or incorrectly published prices — 386bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This applies even after bets have been confirmed and settled.

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected sports events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, and e-sports. In-play odds update in real time and 386bet accepts no liability for bets placed on stale or delayed prices resulting from internet latency or network issues on the player's side.

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond the defined settlement window; incomplete event coverage; market suspension; or technical failure. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned in full).

386bet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a method to resolve financial difficulties. Players are solely responsible for managing their gambling activity within their personal financial means.

Players may apply deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting 386bet support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed before the agreed exclusion period has elapsed.

The use of the 386bet platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. 386bet employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to suspend accounts and void all transactions where underage gambling is suspected. Players must ensure that minors do not have access to their devices or account credentials.

All content on the 386bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 386bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the 386bet platform without the express written permission of 386bet. Unauthorised use of any materials from this site may violate copyright law, trademark law, and other applicable laws.

386bet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may occasionally affect platform availability. 386bet will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 386bet's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 386bet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

386bet expressly excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, regardless of whether 386bet was advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using 386bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 386bet and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
